Stabilized power supply with the LM317 chip. Input voltage 110V AC. Output voltage 1.25v to 12v DC continuously adjustable. You can use this as a small power supply, signal generator, logic signal tester. Sensor alarm has a buzzer function. $13.99
Elenco AC/DC Triple Output Power Supply Soldering Kit (XP720K)
Elenco’s popular AC/DC Triple Output Power Supply, ideal for use in school labs, service shops or anywhere a precise DC voltage is required. It features three fully regulated solid-state power supplies, 1.25-15V @ 1A, 1.25 to 15V @ 1A, or (3-30V @ 1A) and 5V @ 3A. It also has 6.3VAC @ 1A and 12.6VAC center-tapped @ 1A. A special IC circuit keeps the output voltage within 0.2V when going from no load to 1 ampere and is fully protected from short circuits.
This is a little pricy at $99.99. I chose it because I could use a good power supply. At the time I am writing this I am building this kit.
WEP 2-in-1 soldering and hot air rework station
This is my soldering station. At the time I am writing this it’s 52 bucks on Amazon. It comes with 2 spools of solder, 5 tips, 3 hot air nozzles, brass tip cleaner, a solder pump an a pair of tweezers. I have had it about a month and no complaints!
Linkmicro-LM210 10.0 LCD Soldering, Coin Microscope
This is my microscope. Right now while I am building this site it’s $89 and some change on Amazon. 260X with lights and stand. On a personal note I had no idea it did video, images and sound! The sound is damn good too!
